Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience with leading landscape contracting companies in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction, planting, irrigation systems, and hardscape materials.
• Proven track record in design management, technical coordination, and authority submissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the landscape design and technical department.
• Review, develop, and coordinate landscape design drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with materials engineers to ensure compliance with project specifications and approvals.
• Provide technical guidance on plant selection, hardscape, irrigation, and sustainable design solutions.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and suppliers to ensure design intent and quality.
• Oversee preparation of design submittals, technical reports, and value engineering proposals.
• Support project teams with technical clarifications, RFI responses, and design-related issues.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical / Design Manager to join our growing landscape contracting team. Work on prestigious high-end projects in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the landscape design and technical department.
• Review, develop, and coordinate landscape design drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
