Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the definition, design and implementation of scalable backend and enterprise‑wide architectures ensuring high performance, reliability and alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership driving technical alignment, scalable system design and seamless integration of new technologies.
• Manage architectural governance and standardization ensuring consistency, security and reusability across backend systems.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation through modern technologies, architectural frameworks and cloud‑native solutions.
• Mentor engineers and technical leaders fostering a culture of collaboration, learning and technical excellence.
• Guide the execution of critical architectural initiatives translating complex business needs into scalable and actionable roadmaps.

Qualifications & Attributes

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field.
• Experience: 10 years in software architecture and technical leadership roles with demonstrated success in enterprise‑scale architectural transformation.

Technical Skills

• Must Have: Familiarity with the Telco domain and TM Forum standards (e.g. ODA); experience integrating TM Forum APIs is a plus.
• Good to have: Deep experience with enterprise‑scale systems architectural frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman), cloud‑native architectures (AWS), microservices, API strategies and data architecture.
• Nice to haves: Experience in both startup and enterprise environments; familiarity with integration platforms and event‑driven architecture.
• Unique Attributes: Thrives in large‑scale environments requiring complex technical decisions and stakeholder alignment.
• Possesses: strong communication skills, executive presence and a mentoring mindset.
• Excels with: domain‑driven design, modern development methodologies and strategic technical planning.
