Job description

A leading Talent Acquisition Company in Saudi Arabia is looking for a skilled Technical Analyst specializing in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing technical solutions that align with our ECM strategies and enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our content management processes.

Your expertise will guide the integration of ECM systems with other business applications, ensuring that they meet the needs of users and adhere to company policies. You will play a pivotal role in identifying areas for improvement and providing innovative solutions that drive business outcomes.

If selected, the job location would be onsite in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements by conducting information-gathering sessions with users, analyzing the information, and documenting an accurate understanding of their business requirements and mapping those to SAP business processes.
• Implement Content Management (CM) systems and their integration with concerned systems.
• Provide post go-live support, handle enhancements, and resolve issues.
• Manage daily user issues for business users.
• Provide ECM training for various roles within the business.
• Train junior consultants to handle SAP Content Management (CM).
• Design and implement enterprise-wide system architectures for CM deployments, including architecture sizing and scaling, installation, and configuration.
• Serve as an authority on architecting enterprise architecture to support large volumes of content from sources like SAP data, email, documents, and images.
• Design and develop applications, forms, reports, and workflows leveraging OpenText Content Server.
• Build and modify workflows, forms, reports, and custom taxonomy/metadata in OpenText Content Server according to specifications and expand existing applications as needed.
• Collaborate on requirements and solution design.
• Provide estimates and prepare technical specifications based on functional requirements.
• Design and develop solutions based on development standards.
• Perform quality checks during development.
• Experience with capture (OCR) related technology.

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• Minimum nine (9) years of experience in ECM with OpenText.
• At least one (1) year of experience in S/4HANA end-to-end implementation.
• At least two (2) years of experience in SAP ECC project implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
