Executive Solutions is now partnering with a new Government Entity (Federal Authority) in the UAE. It is the first and one of its kinds in the country. By working in this organization you will become a part of a small group of people who possess an insight and set of skills that will propel your career in one of a kind unique industry.

It has been founded a year ago, still in set up stage but already has more than 100 employees and plans to grow up to 300 during the next year. That’s why they need experienced Talent Acquisition specialists who know all the recruitment processes from A to Z and who can come and set up all the processes from scratch and make their plans happen in a professional and smooth way.

It is quite dynamic Authority, with very hard working, smart, dedicated and very friendly employees. Management team is very young and open minded. It’s a pleasure to work with them.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of work experience in Recruitment
• Ready to work in Abu Dhabi

The new main office will be based in Abu Dhabi in Al Raha Beach area. New accommodation law won’t apply to this Entity. UAE nationals from any Emirate are considered as candidates.
