Overview

At PwC our people in tax services focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance and strategy. These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions. Those in mergers and acquisitions tax at PwC will focus on providing tax advice and guidance during mergers, acquisitions and other business transactions. Your work will involve analysing the tax implications of such transactions, developing tax structures and assisting clients in navigating complex tax regulations to optimise tax outcomes.
