What you’ll bring

• Youll bring your unique personality and passion for people to the role and the team
• You have a talent for recruiting ideally in standalone high-volume restaurant environments with proven experience in behavioral interviewing stakeholders management reference checks and salary negotiations.
• You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
• English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Languages like French Spanish Italian and Arabic are advantageous.
• Ideally you are based in United Arab Emirates and bring a solid understanding of the local talent market.
