Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Dubai (Hybrid)

Salary: AED 4,000 per month

Working Days: 5 days a week

Working Hours: 8 hours per day

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the entire recruitment cycle and oversee client accounts. You will be the key link between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth hiring processes and strong professional relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
  • Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
  • Shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews with clients.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts at once.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ATS.
