This strategic role encompasses managing a team, driving scalable hiring solutions, and engaging with senior leadership across various sectors. The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, strong leadership capabilities, and proficiency in Arabic. This role requires an onsite commitment of 5 days a week and offers opportunities for professional growth in a structured environment.

Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience is required.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing recruitment teams is essential.
  • Strong exposure to Real Estate, Construction, or Engineering industries is preferred.
  • Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; English proficiency required.
  • Willingness to work 5 days onsite.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage a growing recruitment function. This is a strategic role requiring strong leadership capability, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive scalable hiring solutions across complex business verticals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a Talent Acquisition team of 3–4 members, including national talent
  • Own and manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple divisions
  • Design and execute strategic hiring plans aligned with business objectives and workforce planning
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and department heads across Real Estate, Engineering, and Construction
  • Oversee sourcing strategies, interviews, assessments, and offer management
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, systems, and best practices
  • Strengthen employer branding initiatives and market presence
  • Provide data-driven insights, reports, and hiring metrics to support leadership decisions
  • Support broader HR and organizational development initiatives as required
Requirements
  • 8–12 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
