We're currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead for a leading group in Ras Al Khaimah. This is a contractual role focused on building talent pipelines and leading a high-impact TA team within Real Estate Construction and Engineering verticals.

• Lead and mentor a small TA team (23 members)
• Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment cycle
• Partner closely with business leaders to deliver on strategic hiring plans
