In this role, you will:

  • Partner with leaders to attract high-performing engineering and consulting talent.
  • Build and nurture strong talent pipelines.
  • Deliver a top-notch candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
  • Shape smarter hiring decisions by providing valuable market insights and research.

Minimum Requirements

  • A recognized qualification in Human Resources and a background in Professional Services is essential for this position.
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant talent acquisition experience in engineering and/or consulting across Africa and/or the Middle East is required.
  • Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining strong relationships, with the capability to influence and partner with key stakeholders, is necessary.
  • Commercial acumen and a sound understanding of business are vital for strategic support.
  • Professional, confident communication and a supportive approach to strategic business partnering are expected in this role.
  • Strong administration and planning skills, ensuring compliance with governance standards, are required.
  • A commitment to living by the Zutari codes with a focus on compliance and driving transformation is essential.
  • Experience with coaching hiring managers and upskilling others is necessary.
