Job summary

A leading property technology firm in the UAE is seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist to drive recruitment processes for Sales and cross-functional roles. The ideal candidate should have fluency in English and Arabic, along with over 3 years of recruiting experience, specifically in high-volume hiring. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, build relationships with candidates, and ensure accurate data management in the ATS. Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, focusing on Sales and banking roles.
  • Proven experience in hiring for high-volume roles.
  • Proven success in recruiting for startup environments is highly desirable.

The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own
  • Talent Acquisition: Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales, Business and cross functional positions, source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensure a positive and professional experience, and keep them informed about the hiring process, company culture, and career opportunities.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS, track candidate status, provide timely reports to stakeholders, and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
