Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in senior FP&A / Commercial Finance roles.
• 5+ years in Group or Regional level in a complex, international business.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews.
• Background in FinTech, financial services, telco, or B2B models.

Responsibilities

• Act as the right hand to the Group CFO on all matters related to Group performance.
• Lead the Group FP&A function globally, setting standards and best practices.
• Own the Group budget and forecasting process across all entities.
• Build and maintain a decision-support toolkit using advanced analytics.
