About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our operations in the FMCG sector in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor management. Familiarity with UAE regulations and FMCG industry standards is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end supply chain processes from procurement to final delivery.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate favourable terms for procurement.
  • Ensure inventory levels are maintained to meet business needs while minimising holding costs.
  • Monitor logistics and warehouse operations to ensure timely deliveries and product availability.
  • Analyse supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE customs, import/export regulations, and FMCG-related guidelines.
  • Utilise ERP systems for accurate forecasting, reporting, and inventory control.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 years of professional experience in supply chain operations, with at least 2 years in the UAE FMCG sector.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE logistics, import/export documentation, and local regulations.
  • Proficient in supply chain software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
