A reputable company in the Oil & Gas sector is seeking a Supervisor Payroll & Personnel Affairs to manage payroll operations and personnel administration for its Abu Dhabi office. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 10-15 years of relevant experience and at least 5 years in a supervisory role. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory. The role involves overseeing payroll processing, employee onboarding, and ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Laws.
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Supervisor Payroll & Personnel Affairs to manage payroll operations and personnel administration for our Abu Dhabi office. The ideal candidate will be an Arab‑speaking male professional with a strong background in payroll, HR policies, and compliance within the Oil & Gas industry.
Supervise end‑to‑end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely disbursement.
Maintain and update payroll systems, HRIS, and employee compensation records.
Prepare payroll reports including pensions, End of Service Benefits (EOSB), and submit them to management.
Reconcile payroll discrepancies, investigate, and resolve errors.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Laws, pension regulations, and company policies.
Collaborate with Finance for payroll audits, reconciliation, and budget planning.
Oversee employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of personnel records.
Manage contracts, employment documents, and ensure adherence to legal and company requirements.
Support performance appraisal processes, employee development, and HR initiatives.
Address employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and company HR policies.
Coordinate with HR on recruitment, training, and disciplinary actions.
Safeguard employee data confidentiality and integrity at all times.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
10 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS software, and HR best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Familiarity with UAE Labour Laws, tax, and pension regulations.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
