You will collaborate with various teams to ensure safe, efficient design solutions for complex projects. Proficiency in relevant software such as IdeaStatica and ETABS is essential. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in Structural Steel Design & Steel Connection Design.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of Steel Structures and Steel connections.
• Technical coordination to obtain approvals for designs and shop drawings.
• Review shop drawings and models for accuracy and constructability.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve technical queries.
• Prepare and verify design calculations, connection sketches, and technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications.
• Provide technical support during fabrication and erection stages.
• Optimize design solutions for material efficiency.

Skills

Proficiency in IdeaStatica

Proficiency in ETABS

Proficiency in SAP2000

Proficiency in STAAD.Pro

Strong understanding of design codes (AISC, Euro & Local UAE Minimality Regulations)

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering
