We are hiring on behalf of our client a well-established engineering firm in the UAE for a talented and experienced Structural Engineer to join their team in Abu Dhabi. The company is known for delivering high-impact infrastructure and building projects using advanced precast and cast‑in‑situ systems.

Responsibilities

As a Structural Engineer you will be responsible for managing the structural design process from concept to execution. You will work closely with internal technical teams, external consultants and BIM coordinators to ensure quality delivery and design excellence across major development projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of structural engineering experience in precast/cast‑in‑situ systems
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and structural analysis software (e.g. ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000)
• Previous experience in the Gulf region (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE standards and codes
• Ability to manage design packages independently and in coordination with BIM/VDC teams
• Based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
