Overview

Seeking licensed Structural Engineers for design, analysis, and supervision of high-rise building projects in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Roles require proficiency with structural software, compliance with UAE regulations, and collaboration with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Lead design and analysis of structural systems for buildings (including high-rise) and supervise structural works to ensure code compliance.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors; perform site inspections and project reviews; manage timelines and budgets.
  • Utilize structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, Revit) to create calculations, drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Mentor junior engineers and BIM technicians; provide technical guidance throughout design and construction phases.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and international design standards; oversee problem-solving and risk assessment related to structural systems.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (or equivalent); professional licensure as Structural Engineer (or equivalent) preferred.
  • Experience with structural design, demolition, or steel construction as applicable to the role; familiarity with high-rise projects is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of structural analysis, designing steel and concrete structures, and overlooking site activities; proficiency in essential software tools (ETABS, Revit, Other relevant programs).
  • Ability to manage projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Certificates or licenses valid for UAE practice are required where applicable.
