Responsibilities

  • Support the development, implementation, and review of strategic plans and business objectives.
  • Assist in designing and executing performance management frameworks, KPIs, and balanced scorecards.
  • Monitor performance against strategic goals and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Analyse internal and external data to inform decision-making and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure alignment between operational plans and strategic objectives.
  • Prepare performance reports and dashboards for executive leadership.
  • Facilitate strategic planning workshops and periodic performance review meetings.
  • Conduct benchmarking and maintain awareness of industry best practices.
  • Coordinate daily administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
  • Support communication and task follow-up between management and staff to enhance productivity and accountability.
  • Contribute to implementing quality assurance frameworks for institutional and program-level accreditation.
  • Monitor curriculum implementation and support continuous improvement in collaboration with academic departments.
  • Track compliance with accreditation requirements and institutional policies.
  • Ensure alignment with the Ministry of Higher Education and relevant accrediting bodies on academic standards and reporting.
