Job summary

A multinational organization in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a recruitment function. This strategic role encompasses managing a team, driving scalable hiring solutions, and engaging with senior leadership across various sectors. The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, strong leadership capabilities, and proficiency in Arabic. This role requires an onsite commitment of 5 days a week and offers opportunities for professional growth in a structured environment.

Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience is required.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing recruitment teams is essential.
  • Strong exposure to Real Estate, Construction, or Engineering industries is preferred.
  • Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; English proficiency required.
  • Willingness to work 5 days onsite.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a Talent Acquisition team of 3-4 members.
  • Own and manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple divisions.
  • Design and execute strategic hiring plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Provide data-driven insights, reports, and metrics to support leadership decisions.
