Job summary

A leading project management firm in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a governance and compliance specialist to enhance portfolio reporting and support project closure processes. The role involves preparing dashboards and ensuring data integrity across multiple platforms. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Power BI and Clarity PPM. The position requires excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, with a focus on ensuring compliance with governance procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in preparing dashboards and portfolio reporting.
• Strong understanding of PMO governance processes and audit requirements.
• Experience using Clarity PPM, Fusion, and other listed tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly dashboards (RAG status, ageing, budget vs progress).
• Validate Technical Go‑Live and Closure criteria.
• Assist PMs with demand hygiene and artefacts.
• Maintain evidence for audits and improve data integrity.
