Job summary

A leading procurement firm seeks a Procurement Manager responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for major onshore oil and gas projects. The role involves developing procurement strategies, sourcing suppliers, and negotiating contracts to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials. With a significant focus on leadership and market knowledge, the ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in procurement within the oil and gas sector, including at least five years in a managerial role. Knowledge of ADNOC standards is preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of procurement experience in the oil & gas sector.
• At least 5 years in a managerial capacity on onshore projects.
• Strong understanding of contract law and international supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement plans aligned with project schedules.
• Manage the full procurement lifecycle including tendering and negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
