This pivotal role involves driving HR strategies, ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws, and enhancing employee engagement. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of HR leadership experience within logistics or supply chain environments, strong stakeholder management skills, and fluency in English, with Arabic being an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in logistics or supply chain.
• Proven track record in building HR capabilities in growth-phase or transformation environments.
• Strong understanding of UAE labour law and regional employment practices.
• Experience managing HR for distributed or multi-site operational workforces.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and execution of the HR strategy aligned to business goals.
• Advise the CEO and leadership team on organisation design and workforce planning.
• Champion change management during periods of growth and operational expansion.
• Oversee end‑to‑end talent acquisition for critical operations and leadership roles.
• Embed performance management frameworks that drive accountability and development.
• Foster a values-driven culture focused on safety, integrity, and service excellence.
