Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in cost control within the construction and real estate development sector.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts (FIDIC and local regulations).
• Experience in Dubai/UAE real estate and construction market is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the company's cost control function across projects.
• Develop and implement cost control policies and systems.
• Lead cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting for projects.
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure alignment with budgets.
• Prepare regular cost control reports and dashboards.
