A leading supplier in the UAE is looking for an experienced Corporate Gifting Sourcing Executive to manage vendor sourcing, pricing, and procurement for corporate gifting and promotional products. The role involves identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating pricing, and ensuring timely delivery for projects. Candidates should have 2–3 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills. A valid UAE driving license is beneficial. Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in corporate gifting sourcing / promotional products procurement.
• Strong knowledge of UAE gifting suppliers and branding vendors.
• Must have valid UAE driving license.
• Experience in sourcing customized items (printing, engraving, embroidery, packaging).
• Good negotiation and vendor coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Source corporate gifts and promotional items locally and internationally.
• Identify and onboard reliable suppliers, manufacturers, and branding partners.
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations, negotiate pricing, MOQs, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate samples, mockups, and branding approvals with suppliers and internal teams.
• Ensure sourcing meets client budgets, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Maintain updated supplier database and product pricing lists.
• Monitor market trends and new gifting products.
