Qualifications

• Proven experience in client relationship management.
• Ability to understand client business objectives and provide tailored solutions.
• Experience working with government entities in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and address their needs promptly.
• Identify opportunities for account growth through cross-selling and upselling.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information

Client-focused with a proactive and problem-solving attitude

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field

Minimum 1 year of business consultancy and/or related experience in the UAE

Experience in social media tools

Valid UAE driving license
