We are looking for a teammate for the " Retail Store Manager" position at IPEKYOL GROUP in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of business and ensure sales goals are met
  • Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory taking, reconciling cash and managing in store marketing
  • Assigns duties to relevant employees
  • Conduct hiring and onboarding of new employees
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Track and manage inventory at store
  • Improve main KPIs to generate success factors such as unit & amount sale, profitability, UPT.
  • Overview all operational and administrative tasks.
  • Provide the most appropriate service to customer expectations and to constantly take actions to improve customer satisfaction.
