Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of previous supervisory experience in store is preferred.
• Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Monitor & supervise all the stock movements in the Main Store.
• Maintain the ERP system in receipts, issue, and transfers of material.
• Supervise the activities of other Store Assistants.
• Follow-up daily consumption in all the sub-stores.
• Maintain Printing & Stationery materials & re-order cycles.
• Inform the H.O.D for near expiry and Non-moving Products.
• Reconciliation of stock transfer reports.
• Supervise periodic stock taking and report discrepancies.
• Verify Trading Invoices in the ERP System.
• Prepare cost sheets for OT Consumables.
• Inspect incoming deliveries and update inventory monthly.
