Job description

Charterhouse is working exclusively with a leading multinational organization that is looking to hire a highly detail-oriented and proactive Stock Allocator to join their team based in Dubai. This role is open to UAE Nationals only and offers flexibility for either full-time or part-time employment.

About the Role

The Stock Allocator will be supporting the merchandise planning function by ensuring effective stock management and accurate reporting, including forecasts, sales analysis, sell-through, reorders, and OTB sheets. The role will apply distribution strategies to replenish seasonal and continuative stock, manage inventory levels, respond to demand changes, and coordinate strategic transfers. Collaboration with business services, merchandise planning, and finance teams is key to optimizing sales, margins, and inventory turnover while maintaining clear communication with stores and handling ad hoc queries.

About You

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and a keen eye for detail. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating across departments. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate business needs will be key to success in this role. Previous experience in merchandising, allocation, or stock management within a retail or luxury environment will be highly advantageous.
