We are currently hiring skilled Steel Fabricators to support our workshop and onsite operations in Dubai. The candidate must be experienced in cutting, shaping and assembling steel components as per technical drawings and specifications. Preference will be given to candidates available to join immediately and already located in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities - Steel Fabricator

• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, sketches and blueprints.
• Cut, bend and shape steel components using hand tools, machines or flame cutters.
• Assemble structural parts and components with precision.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with design and project standards.
• Perform basic welding to support assembly if needed.
• Operate fabrication machinery such as shears, grinders and punching tools.
• Maintain tools, equipment and a clean safe working environment.
• Collaborate with welders and engineers on project.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a steel fabricator.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical fabrication drawings.
• Experience with steel structure assembly, cutting and shaping.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
• Visit visa holders will not be considered.
• Ability to use fabrication tools and equipment safely and accurately.
• Physically fit, capable of heavy lifting and standing for long hours.

Key Responsibilities - Mason

• Lay concrete blocks and bricks accurately with appropriate leveling and alignment.
• Apply cement, sand, and gypsum plaster for both internal and external walls.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and priming before plastering.
• Perform patch repairs, rendering, and wall finishing as required.
• Use masonry tools such as trowels, spirit levels, and mixers effectively.
• Work closely with supervisors and site engineers to meet construction targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the job site.

Job Requirements - Mason

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a mason (block and plaster work).
• Strong experience in block laying, cement plastering, and surface finishing.
• Visit visa holders will not be considered.
• Ability to read and understand site instructions or basic drawings is a plus.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions.
• Able to work independently or in teams.
• Immediate joining preferred.
