The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with a minimum of 8-10 years of total experience, including at least 5 years in the UAE or GCC. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with standards. Immediate availability is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and monitor structural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with design consultants contractors and relevant stakeholders to resolve technical/site issues.
• Review and validate structural shop drawings method statements and material submittals.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on progress quality and compliance.
• Ensure all structural activities align with the project schedule and construction program.
• Lead site meetings related to structural issues and provide expert input during coordination meetings.
• Maintain quality control and enforce safety protocols in all structural operations.
• Support the Resident Engineer or Project Manager in managing the structural package.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of total experience with at least 5 years in the UAE/GCC.
• Proven experience working with design consultancy firms on large-scale building/infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of local construction practices codes and authority regulations.
• Ability to interpret and review structural designs and shop drawings.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
