Job summary

A leading delivery service company in Dubai is looking for a professional to oversee store asset management and improve operational efficiency. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience in working with data analysis tools, alongside a track record of successful project management. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and have at least five years of experience in a dynamic environment. This full-time position does not allow for remote work.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Oversee store asset details such as no of racks chiller freezer stores sizes how stores are being utilized
  • Work with local ops team to improve space utilization
  • Come out with framework to measure standard category level utilization and do benchmarking across markets
  • Define store category level how much stocks skus can hold to drive availability and assortment impact
  • Work with local ops team to start tracking space and opportunities for area of improvement
  • Work with SC and Commercial team to increase assortment in stores where space available
  • Work with local markets to identify store opening plan based on operational efficiency and store capacity to hold assortment
  • Work with BI team to build dashboard for leadership team
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree with minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Extremely organized and process-driven
  • Analytical skill set demonstrated by an advanced proficiency in GSheet MS Excel Data studio SQL and Big QueryStrong problem solving abilities
  • Track record of gettings things done while managing a heavy workload effectively by setting priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across a set of stakeholders
  • Having strong Warehouse ERP experience
