Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations including transportation and warehousing.
• Ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery of goods while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines and suppliers to manage shipment schedules and costs.
• Oversee inventory control, stock levels and distribution to ensure efficiency and minimize delays.
• Coordinate customs clearance documentation and regulatory compliance for imports and exports.
• Work closely with internal departments including procurement, sales and finance to streamline logistics processes.
• Track shipments, resolve delivery issues and proactively address any supply chain disruptions.
• Analyze logistics data and provide reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize operational efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and logistics service providers to secure competitive pricing and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations in logistics operations.
