Position: HR Executive
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED
Gender: Male
Nationality: Indian
Language Proficiency – English & Hindi
Preferably from logistics background.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations and manage a small HR team.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment onboarding and induction processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies procedures and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations grievances and disciplinary actions in line with company standards.
  • Support management in manpower planning succession planning and organizational development.
  • Monitor attendance leave management and payroll coordination.
  • Conduct performance appraisal cycles and assist in setting KPIs and employee development plans.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement recognition and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE (or relevant countrys) labor laws and company regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports analytics and dashboards for management review.
  • Liaise with external agencies government departments and auditors for HR-related documentation and compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • 58 years of progressive HR experience with proven team leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations labor law and HR systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g. Oracle SAP or Zoho People).
Preferred Attributes
  • Professional HR certifications (CIPD SHRM CHRP) are an advantage.
  • Experience in handling both strategic and operational HR functions.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
