Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Specialist Pathologist with expertise in both clinical and anatomical pathology to join our dynamic medical team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in diagnosing diseases through laboratory analysis and tissue examination contributing directly to patient care and treatment planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform gross and microscopic examination of surgical specimens, biopsies, and cytological samples.
  • Analyze blood, urine, and tissue samples to identify abnormalities and guide clinical decisions.
  • Conduct autopsies when required and prepare detailed pathology reports.
  • Collaborate with physicians and specialists to correlate clinical findings with pathological data.
  • Ensure compliance with DHA/MOH standards and maintain laboratory safety protocols.
  • Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay updated with advancements in pathology and integrate best practices into daily work.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • MBBS with MD or equivalent in Pathology (Clinical & Anatomical).
  • Valid DHA License or MOH License/Evaluation.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of post‑specialization experience in a hospital or diagnostic center.
  • Strong diagnostic acumen and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Indian nationality preferred; open to male/female candidates.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: AED per month.
