Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients for endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, adrenal and pituitary conditions
  • Utilize patient medical history and diagnostic tests to assess hormonal imbalances and metabolic conditions
  • Prescribe and manage medications and hormone therapies
  • Discuss diagnoses with patients, explain treatment options, and provide guidance on lifestyle, dietary changes, and preventative measures
  • Carry out follow-up appointments, monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans and medications, and update patient records
  • Support patients with complex endocrine conditions and their families
  • Collaborate with other specialists to ensure integrated care for chronic diseases
  • Conduct research and studies on endocrinology-related diseases and treatment innovations
  • Implement and evaluate individual chronic disease care plans, especially for respiratory, cardiac, and diabetic patients

  • DHA-licensed or DHA-eligible Specialist Endocrinologist
  • Proven ability to manage a wide range of endocrine conditions
  • Holds an established patient following or is confident in building one
  • Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Team-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced clinic setting
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
  • MBBS or MBChB or equivalent from an accredited institution
  • Completion of specialty qualification recognized by DHA, HAAD, or MOH UAE
  • Certification in Basic and Advanced Life Support
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • Minimum 5+ years of specialist-level experience
  • Publications in peer-reviewed journals are highly regarded
