We are looking for a Spa Therapist to join our wellness team and deliver nurturing memorable treatments that enhance the guest experience. This role is essential in creating a serene and restorative environment that complements the spirit of adventure community and authenticity that defines our retreat.

Guest Wellness & Treatments

• Provide professional spa treatments including massages, facials, body therapies and wellness rituals according to guest preferences and retreat standards.
• Welcome guests warmly and assess their needs to recommend appropriate treatments.
• Ensure treatments are delivered with attention to detail, professionalism and a calming presence.
• Maintain accurate records of guest treatments and preferences for personalized experiences.

Hygiene Safety & Standards

• Follow strict hygiene, sanitation and safety protocols for all treatments and equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized and inviting treatment rooms and wellness areas.
• Use spa equipment and products safely and responsibly, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
• Stay up-to-date on health and safety regulations related to wellness and spa services.

Collaboration & Teamwork

• Work closely with the wellness team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Assist in planning and setting up spa treatments, products and equipment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance guest wellness experiences.
