Job summary

An International SPA Center in Dubai is in search of a SPA Administrator to manage client inquiries and transactions. The ideal candidate will possess high-level English communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer service. Responsibilities include answering phones and WhatsApp messages, processing payments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. A month vacation yearly and two days off weekly are offered. This role is key to maintaining the spa's positive atmosphere and efficient service delivery.

Job description

For an International SPA Center, we are looking for SPA Administrator with hight level of English communication skills, Russian is a plus.

Working hours from 1pm to 11pm, total 10hrs a day, two day off a week, one month vacation in a year.

Responsible for answering phones, WhatsApp messages and responding to client inquiries.

Should accurately process payment transactions for spa services, including credit card payments and cash handling.

Responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by promptly responding to questions and offering assistance as needed.

Ensures optimal inventory control by managing stock levels, restocking products, and placing orders as needed.
