Job Description
  • Greet clients warmly, manage check-ins /check-outs, and handle inquiries via phone, email, in person provide detailed information on spa services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth service.
  • Process payments, promote products/packages, and address client concerns professionally.
  • Maintain a clean reception area and always ensure client confidentiality.
Qualifications
  • Open to Arab national females aged 35 and below.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a receptionist or front desk staff, preferably in a clinic, spa, or wellness setting, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in using booking systems and computer applications for scheduling, billing, and client management.
  • Well-groomed, customer-focused, and professional, with the ability to handle sensitive client information discreetly.
