Job description

Assist guests with spa related information giving them personal attention anticipate their needs and be an escort to the appropriate facilities

• Keep the Spa areas clean neat stocked and organized at all times
• Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner and escort guests as required and give tours of the spa as required
• Act as a host in the locker room and relaxation areas ensuring that guests find their treatments are served water etc.
• Prepare rooms for treatments according to specified guidelines/SOPs.
• Ensure stocking of all spa amenities and toiletries.
• Consistently engaging with guests.
• Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner and escort guests as required and give tours of the spa as required.

Qualifications :

Customer service experience required preferably within a Luxury hotel environment

• Housekeeping experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work well independently and as a team
