What you'll do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day‑to‑day beverage operations focusing on wines.
- Creating and maintaining the wine selection, list and stock levels.
- Training and mentoring the restaurant team on wines and beverages.
- Upholding the values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity.
- Assisting in achieving revenue targets and controlling beverage‑related costs.
- Participating in daily team briefings and communicating changes to the wine list and stock.
- Co‑ordinating with other departments to maintain presentation, cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Ensuring quality of beverage preparation, presentation and inventory control.
- Performing additional tasks as required.
- Adjusting working hours as operational needs demand.
- Acknowledging the physical demands of beach club operations (heat, sun, standing, walking).
- Understanding that responsibilities may evolve with time.

- Relevant professional certification or hotel school diploma, with experience in luxury hotels and fine‑dining restaurants in the Middle East.
- Level 2 WSET certificate or higher.
