Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Specialist to join our team at New Technology System. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software sales with a proven track record in the Software industry, excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with clients across C-level and functional stakeholders. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business acquisition and manage the complete sales cycle for software solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance/software companies brokers and third‑party administrators (TPAs) in the Middle East.
  • Understand client business needs and map them to product capabilities and digital transformation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with pre‑sales delivery and product teams to develop solution proposals, demos and presentations.
  • Represent New Technology System at industry events, client meetings and solution workshops.
  • Prepare and execute account plans, sales strategies and revenue forecasts.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise software or IT solution sales.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the software industry selling ERP solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM platforms and digital front‑office solutions.
  • Experience working with public sector or regulatory bodies in insurance/BFSI is a plus.
  • Strong network of industry contacts in the Middle East sector.
