Responsibilities
- Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify and qualify potential leads through scraping tools, platforms, and databases
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to initiate conversations
- Schedule and manage client meetings, demos, and consultations
- Maintain CRM records and track lead progress through the sales funnel
- Client Engagement & Consulting
- Understand client pain points and recommend tailored software solutions
- Present service offerings with clarity and confidence, adapting to client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and solution briefs
- Software Implementation Support
- Assist in onboarding and implementation of software solutions for new clients
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth deployment and client satisfaction
- Provide post-implementation support and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales within the services industry, preferably IT or SaaS
- Familiarity with lead scraping tools, outreach automation, and CRM platforms
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of software implementation processes and client onboarding
- Tech-savvy with a consultative mindset
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously
- Experience with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar
