Experience: 10–15 Years (based on qualification)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise, methodologies, and best practices for social statistical projects.
• Develop and update policies, processes, and statistical procedures for social indicators.
• Ensure accuracy, validity, and audit readiness of all social data and outputs.
• Lead and supervise all stages of data preparation, analysis, calculation, and validation.
• Prepare and publish social studies, reports, analyses, and forecasts for decision-makers.
• Oversee dissemination of data through digital and smart platforms.
• Coordinate with data providers to unify definitions, concepts, and methodologies.
• Monitor continuous data flow and support long-term forecasting of social indicators.
• Improve statistical systems, quality frameworks, and reporting standards.
• Participate in committees, task forces, and stakeholder meetings.
• Provide training and capacity-building to teams involved in data collection and analysis.
• Support budget preparation and produce periodic and annual statistical reports.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Accounting, Sociology, Demography, or related fields + 12–15 years of experience
• Master’s degree in the above fields + 10–12 years of experience
• PhD in the above fields + 8–10 years of experience
