Candidate Requirements — Social Media Manager (Gaming)
Must-haves
  • Active gamer: Follows current titles / meta and plays weekly. Can speak fluently about gameplay, updates, and community trends. (Fortnite / familiarity is a plus.)
  • Social media execution: Short-form video production (TikTok / IG Reels / YouTube Shorts), editing (CapCut / Premiere), thumbnails / captions, posting cadence, and analytics (retention, watch time, CTR).
  • Experience in streaming will be required: stream daily, play, and promote the games that are requested or given to you.
  • On-camera readiness: Comfortable being filmed and appearing across brand channels; willing to provide a short camera test and sign a media release.
  • Communication: Clear, C1-level spoken / written English; confident on live calls and in community interactions.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience in gaming.
  • You should feel comfortable in front of the camera and be willing to speak and play during live or recorded videos.
  • Additionally, you must have a good device capable of running the games while live streaming.
Nice-to-haves
  • Prior experience with a game studio, esports org, publisher, or UGC / UEFN project.
  • Basic design chops (Canva / Photoshop) and community management / moderation.
  • Salary range: 20,000-40,000 EGP
