Our online presence has been central to lead generation, brand visibility, and team growth. We are now looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to take our content and community engagement to the next level as we enter our next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement our social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Snapchat.
- Create high-quality, visually engaging content, including property videos, behind-the-scenes reels, team features, and more.
- Manage and schedule the daily content calendar, proactively aligning production with upcoming events and strategic milestones to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with internal teams, photographers, videographers, and designers to produce dynamic, on‑brand visuals.
- Monitor performance metrics and analytics to continually optimise content and improve results (engagement, reach, lead generation, etc.).
- Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and community interactions to foster strong brand loyalty.
- Stay on top of social media trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments to keep our presence fresh and relevant.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator (experience in real estate or luxury/lifestyle brands is a strong advantage).
- Strong understanding of digital storytelling and platform-specific content strategies.
- Proficiency with content tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, InShot, or similar.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on platform insights.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
