About the Role
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop, manage, and grow social media presence across multiple platforms within the real estate sector. The role focuses on building brand awareness, generating leads, and engaging audiences through compelling content and data-driven social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives.
- Plan monthly content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
- Identify target audiences and tailor content to maximize reach and engagement.
- Content Creation & Management
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams to produce engaging content.
- Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all social platforms.
- Community Management & Engagement
- Monitor comments, messages, and inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Build and manage online communities, fostering engagement and trust.
- Handle basic customer queries and coordinate lead handovers to sales teams.
- Performance Tracking & Analytics
- Track social media KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Prepare performance reports and insights to optimize content and campaigns.
- Monitor trends and platform updates to continuously improve performance.
- Paid Social & Campaign Support
- Support execution of paid social media campaigns in coordination with digital marketing teams.
- Assist with lead-generation campaigns for property launches and promotions.
- Monitor ad performance and suggest optimizations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in social media management, preferably within real estate or property sectors.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content formats.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising preferred.
