This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Location: Dubai, UAE JobType: full-time This role blends professional social media management with structured business support in a B2B environment.
You will manage and strengthen the organization’s digital presence—primarily on LinkedIn and Instagram—while supporting early-stage business development activities.
The position is ideal for a candidate who excels in content creation, brand communication, and stakeholder coordination, and who is keen to gradually grow into B2B outreach and business support within a high-value, relationship-driven industry.
Key Responsibilities Social Media & Brand Presence Manage and maintain professional LinkedIn and Instagram business profiles Plan, design, and publish consistent weekly content aligned with a B2B brand tone Create high-quality posts, banners, and carousels using design tools Monitor engagement, messages, and comments; elevate relevant inquiries Track engagement metrics and prepare structured monthly performance summaries Content Creation & Digital Support Develop clear, professional captions and content descriptions Use AI tools for content ideation, drafting, and optimization Maintain a structured content calendar and digital asset repository Support basic SEO-friendly content requirements when needed Business Development & Outreach Support Assist in identifying potential B2B prospects through online research and LinkedIn Support outreach activities under leadership guidance (non-target-driven) Maintain prospect trackers with response and follow-up details Assist in drafting professional outreach emails and LinkedIn messages Administrative & Coordination Support Maintain reports, trackers, and internal documentation Support scheduling, research, and coordination activities for leadership Assist in marketing and business initiatives as required What Makes You a Great Fit 2–4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or business support roles Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn business pages or professional profiles Strong design sense with practical experience using creative tools Ability to write clear, polished, and professional content Comfortable using AI tools for content support and productivity Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders Interest in B2B environments and relationship-driven industries Self-motivated professional with a growth-oriented mindset
