Job summary

A leading sports surface construction company is seeking a Site Engineer/Project Manager to support project delivery in Dubai. The successful candidate will manage the planning, coordination, and execution of natural and synthetic turf sports pitch projects. Requirements include a degree in Civil Engineering and minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Strong skills in Project Management, Budget Management, and effective communication in English are essential, along with the willingness to travel across the UAE and Africa.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Site Engineer/Project Manager.
• Prior exposure to construction or engineering (Site-based experience preferred).
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple project sites in the UAE and Africa.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, coordination, and on-site execution of sports pitch construction projects.
• Supervise day-to-day operations including groundworks, base preparation, and turf installation.
• Monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance on site.
