Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Admin with a oil and gas background to join our team. The Site Admin will be responsible for providing administrative support to our site operations, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of the construction industry.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain all administrative tasks related to the construction site, including but not limited to filing, data entry, record keeping, and document control.
  • Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely and accurate submission of project-related documents.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, logs, and other project documentation as required.
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site.
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and monitor expenses to ensure they are within budget.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, and overtime.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities.
  • Provide support to the project team as needed, including preparing presentations, reports, and other documents.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
