Are you a visionary finance leader ready to shape strategy, performance, and sustainability at scale? We are looking for an exceptional SVP – Finance to drive long-term value creation, financial resilience, and enterprise-wide growth across a complex, multi-business organisation.
This pivotal role goes beyond finance—you’ll also provide strategic oversight of Enterprise Risk, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, and Sustainability, guiding governance, risk stewardship, and the company’s bold journey to net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.
Your Impact
As SVP Finance, you will:
- Define and execute the company’s long‑term financial strategy, linking capital, performance, and risk to strategic goals.
- Lead governance across budgeting, forecasting, reporting, pricing, costing, treasury, and investments.
- Advise the CEO, Board, and senior leadership, translating insights into decisive strategic action.
- Oversee financial performance across EKFC and joint ventures, impacting 13,000+ employees.
- Champion financial discipline, commercial acumen, and enterprise‑wide value creation.
What You’ll Own
Financial Strategy & Performance
- Deliver a robust strategy that drives sustainable growth and shareholder value.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management with strong governance.
- Identify and implement cost optimization and revenue‑enhancing initiatives.
Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Provide accurate, timely, and insightful reports to the CEO, Board, and shareholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory frameworks, and best practices.
Treasury, Cash & Risk
- Safeguard liquidity and financial resilience.
- Lead enterprise‑wide financial risk management and business continuity planning.
Investment, Growth & New Business
- Shape capital allocation, investment strategies, and M&A decisions.
- Develop business cases and support fundraising efforts for strategic initiatives.
Pricing, Costing & Commercial Enablement
- Drive pricing and revenue strategies to reinforce competitiveness and profitability.
- Implement robust costing frameworks and empower commercial teams with insights.
Governance, Legal, ECP & Sustainability
- Provide strategic oversight of Legal, Ethics, Compliance & Privacy.
- Lead ESG and sustainability initiatives in line with global standards (CSRD, ESRS, GRI, ISSB, UNGC).
Leadership & Capability Building
- Inspire and mentor high‑performing finance and risk teams.
- Build future‑ready finance capabilities and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- ACA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
Experience
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial leader within a large, complex organisation
- Minimum 10 years’ experience leading an enterprise‑level finance function
- Strong exposure to Board‑level reporting, investment strategy, and multi‑stakeholder environments
